All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
For custom-made or made-to-order furniture, processing may take longer depending on the design and specifications. Customers will be notified of the estimated production timeline before order confirmation.
2. Delivery Coverage
We deliver furniture across Nairobi and all major towns in Kenya. This includes (but is not limited to):
Nairobi Metropolitan Area
Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado
Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret
Other towns via trusted courier and transport partners

3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the nature of the product:
Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: 1–3 business days
Upcountry Deliveries: 2–6 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or high order volumes.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees vary depending on:
Delivery location
Size and weight of the furniture
Type of product ordered
Shipping costs will be communicated to the customer before final order confirmation. In some cases, we may offer discounted or free delivery within Nairobi for selected products or promotions.
