Returns

Eligibility for Returns
– Items must be returned within **30 days** of the purchase date.
– Products must be in their **original condition**, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories still intact.
– Certain items are non-returnable, including:
– Custom or personalized items
– Clearance or sale items
– Mattresses and bedding (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Prepare Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include your RA number. Make sure to secure all parts, accessories, and documentation.

 Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over KES 15,000 to ensure the return is received.

Refunds

Processing Your Refund
– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed within **10 business days**, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

 Partial Refunds
– There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
– Items with obvious signs of use or damage.
– Any item not returned in its original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same process outlined for returns and indicate your request for an exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on stock availability.

– Please double-check your order at the time of purchase, as we are unable to modify orders after they have been placed.
– Furniture Mart reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
